Food/drink helping asthma?
My GP told me to avoid cooking with chilli/spices/
garlic
and other strongly scented or flavoured foods as it will irritate my airways. I adore all of this type of food, and I've never noticed they make a huge difference (apart from when I was using a food processor on 20 red chillis, that hurt).

Garlic
is known for it’s anti-microbial properties, handy for the upcoming cold and flu season. Search the net for a full list of seasonal foods for each month (mumsnet has a decent one) and shop accordingly.

Fancy more GF choice?
So far we've tried their nutty bread, mini baguette roles (made delish
garlic
breads), so good our gluten loving friends couldn't tell they were gluten free (how often can you say that about GF bread huh?!).

Being only 25 and suffering with Fibromyalgia for the last 4 years sometimes i feel my life has been cut short. I used to love going out drinking with friends and going to gigs and rock festivals. I lost count of how many times iv had to sleep at train stations in the cold after missing the last train

List and information on food etc for inflammation, pain etc.
Veggies and lots of fresh
garlic
also. With this regimen, I have been able to go from 40 mg. pred to 4 in 5 1/2 months and I feel very good. (At this time, I'm tapering by 1/2 mg. per week, cautiously. My cholestrol was recently checked and I have dropped 30 points in a year on this new regimen.
