How to cope with agonising IBS pain?
But occasionally I will have one, most likely after eating a lot of food, or really rich food, or food with lots of onion or

. The “attack” would usually last for an absolute maximum of 30 minutes, with intense stomach cramps which come and go in multiple waves and diarrhoea.

Full of Greens Fritters
Add a chopped
garlic
clove & zest of half a lemon. Crumble a heaped tbsp feta and 1 tbsp grated Parmesan. Mix in two large eggs, season and give it a good stir. Heat a large frying pan with olive oil.

Thai Green Curry
This isn’t a healthy recipe- I just used the Blue Dragon Thai Green Curry kit from Tesco (paste, coconut milk and spices) I added: •Sugar Snap Peas •Mushrooms •Coriander •Lemon Grass •
Garlic
•1 Tsp Caster Sugar Altogether for 1 portion 560 calories including the rice!

Just put these babies in the oven... the mix is mushrooms, baby tomatoes, onion and
garlic
with a smidge of paprika and topped with some cheese. Will post again in half hour if it turns out alright, definitely smelled nice! 🥰
