While I wouldn’t recommend living in lockdown, my lack of AFib episodes have been pretty noticeable over the last three weeks. While I have been tired, it hasn’t been the fatigue sort of tiredness. Going for one longer walk a day rather than two relatively shorter walks with the dog makes a difference. Talking of which, just got back from a lovely walk in the woods. The garlic is spreading all over the ground and the bluebells are shooting. Only passed 3 dog walkers - so lucky to live where I do.

Relaxed!
It's good to hear that you've been AF free over the last 3 weeks, long may that continue. It could well be because of your slower pace of life.
We are so lucky to live in such a beautiful country as the U.K. I live in a small fishing town in the South West and never fail to feel grateful. So much of our world is stunningly beautiful. Though I guess there are some people who have no eye for the beauty of nature.

Life is wonderful if you can ignore the elephant in the room. Just cleaned out two wheel barrows of weeds from our top pond and in precess of re-filling with water which should please the newts.
My experience has been similar and apart from the anxiety of living in the current situation I feel considerably more relaxed. I don't have the benefit of living in the countryside or by the coast and, in fact, live on the outskirts of a big midlands city but everything feels calmer and my AFib seems to concur!
Exactly the same for me no afib this far anyway. It’s a slower pace of life & I haven’t had a drink since lockdown started so the afib is triggered by either anxiety or alcohol, perhaps both
