Today is not a good day for me. I didn't sleep well last night. Woke with stomach ache. I have IBS and can't take any ppi s except for pepcid. I also am on Elliqus, Elvail and slow-mag. I have several allergies too. I am trying to stay positive but I could really use some encouragement right now. I

Hi everyone, sorry this is long, I hope you are all having a ‘low pain’ day. I was just wondering, out of curiosity, if anyone else has suffered from abdominal infections caused by endo. I am just getting over my third this year and have trouble identifying when the pain is infection as I’m sure you

Hello Great people! I’ve just been diagnosed with anxiety disorder and panic disorder. And it’s affecting my daily functioning and I can’t focus , I’m scared, worrying about unnecessary things. Is it curable? Any help to survive this situation , perhaps things I could do to help me straighten up. Thank

a beautiful practice
over the years I have done yoga in many different studios but it did very little for me. Before ptsd it was the key to my happiness, and after my body was too tense and stuck in fight or flight to let the postures in. This kind of yoga is what I need. Enjoy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wCJfXwm97rw

I really need to vent
Do you ever just not want to bother anyone else? I do, I'd almost would rather suffer in silence. I've been suffering with depression, anxiety, and adhd. The last year has been the worst after a seperation from my ex fiance with 2 kids involved. I self isolate myself and try to ignore everything. I

KNEE SURGERY
Hello all, just had a call from my Hospital informing me that my total knee replacement surgery is in 2 WEEKSAs I have Lymphoedema in both legs - left leg is worse. Surgery is on right knee. I have been told the leg will be tightly dressed from ankle to groin to try and avoid me having an ulcerated leg

Relationship advice
I have been with my husband for 31 years, we've had a lot of rough times along the way. When I was diagnosed with ADHD a few years ago it led to a better understanding between us but within 6 months my brother (who I was estranged from, as well as my mother) hung himself. My world was blown apart and

Chronic Endometritis
Hey lovely ladies! My question today related to endometritis/chronic uterine inflammation. I have done 4 hysteroscopies so far (two in 2021, one in 2022, one in 2023), each time the inflamed endometrium came out, with a "strawberry" appearance. After the tests, I came out positive for Ureaplasma (at
