panic attacks
I have panic attacks every morning. I lie down for hours. It has gotten to be a habit. they say to face the fear but I’m not able to. I feel anxious all day. I have tried many medications but none have helped. Clonazepam helps a little and mirtazapine for sleep

Pure misery, trying to avoid emotional eating/binge eating
I posted on a thread a while ago and got some very helpful comments and messages. I'm two weeks on. I am doing better eating wise : I'm making better choices and taking things one hour at a time. The problem I am having is being so desperately unhappy with my weight, especially the fat around my middle

Nausea & Buprenorphine
I am waiting for my doctor to advise on an alternative anti nausea drug and to get him to prescribe sublingual Zofran. I have completed, without any success, the prescription the GP gave me for 5 days of Zofran and I am currently really struggling with the nausea 24 hours a day (milder during day though

Let’s Talk Intrusive Thoughts
Happy Thursday everyone! Has anyone else been diagnosed with having obsessive/intrusive thoughts? I am working with my therapist on this, but it is so hard to hear that this is what’s going on. I know we’ll work on regaining control of my thoughts, but I feel like I have no control right now and I feel

Feeling very not like myself, feeling like I can't control my thoughts during panic attacks. I want to go back to normal, what should I do?
I (20F) have always had anxiety, it is primarily situational and has never lasted more than a day, it was way worse when I was a kid but I've learned how to deal with it and control it more as an adult. fast-forward to now I've moved to college and have been doing pretty well so far (school and being

Buprenorphine
Good Morning, I wondered if anyone could help with the following. I have had a call from my GP asking me to go in to see him about a couple of Liver Blood Tests I have had recently which show elevated SERUM GAMMA GT and ALT/SGPT serum levels. I want to be prepared in case he says that the Buprenorphine

Good Morning Monday People
Good morning all, I haven't posted in a while since getting my ESA and starting EMDR. I've experienced a lot of improvement and have adjusted well to the Citalopram which leaves me feeling more alive than the Sertraline I was on. I've been feeling contemplative lately about motivation. What are some

Anyone experience insomnia since starting pirtobrutinib?
About an hour after I take it, I feel like I drank a triple espresso. At night it is causing insomnia. So far this is the only side effect except some nausea after my morning pill. My lymph nodes have gone down slightly. White count went up 5000 points in the first week, but interesting enough, my

Clonidine - success with RLS anyone?
Evening team I have a query. As some of you may remember I was prescribed Buprenorphine two years ago by a neurologist for my restless limbs. I have a feeling I may have asked this question before, maybe not in one of my posts, (can't remember!) Does anyone out there take Clonidine for RLS? if

Great video on healing a "leaky gut" and I found this probiotic to be the best deal on Amazon!
For myself ... I believe my PD-like symptoms is from my "leaky gut". And, fortunately after more than 2 years of self-diagnosis --- my various symptoms are still very, very, very mild. My neuro/MDS is Dr. Bozo who said after my exam: [i]"The good news is that you don't have Parkinson. The bad news

I'm so tired of these tension headaches which are causing anxiety to hit the roof. I hope it's nothing wrong with my brain🤷🏻
Been getting them although my CAT scan was normal but I have always been suffering from GAD and PTSD that I have been clinically diagnosed with. Are anyone going through this too? Please let me know it will help me feel better

Medicinal cannabis?
As well as PBC I have fibromyalgia and complex PTSD. I’ve also been experiencing some major and unusual anxiety and depression in perimenopause, different from prior experiences of anxiety and depression. I saw a new GP today and he was suggesting medicinal cannabis which has been found to help many

cytomel and food
this is likely a silly question, but do the same rules apply to cytomel as synthroid when it comes to taking on an empty stomach? My synthroid bottle has a warning on it about not taking it with iron or magnesium and taking an hour away from food or drink. My cytomel doesn't have the same warning. Can

idk what to do
I've had three medication changes in the past year and each time it helps for a time, and then I have panic attacks and I just spiral down to the point where I can't function. I was fighting through it at college for a while, but then it was just to bad and couldn't keep going to class or being around

I was diagnosed 4 years ago with relapsing remitting. In the MS community no one ever talks about lesions black holes or myelin. Why!
After my initial diagnosis on my next visit I asked my neurologist how many lesions I had. He said “ I don’t really know. This guy is one of the most renowned neurologists in the world. I said, how long have you been doing this? X years. Then what does your gut say? He said in between 50 and 75 but
