Psalm 119:143
As a believer that Jesus Christ is God and I have found him as my Lord & Saviour. The Bible has become a living book to me. its my comfort, my guide and my medicine, for sleep, peace of mind etc!! Thats why i write under the title Psalm 119:143! Trouble and Calamity have found me in the form of Parkinsons

Buprenorphine and Nausea
Basically I successfully use buprenorphine (0.4mg/da) to block RLS but the resultant nausea is a serious well known side affect. I have been well guided by many on this site as to how to combat the nausea and have tried many of the suggested solutions except for me the last resort medical cannabis.

Canāt cope anymore
To make a long story short, im having panic attacks because me and my gf broke up recently and we both agreed to stay friends bc we are attached, but i feel so hurt and scared of messing things up moving forward. On top of my normal mental health which was already doing poor, i donāt know what to do

Speechless by my GPās response
I messaged my GP surgery and requested a full thyroid blood test (not just TSH which is all Iāve been able to get since COVID) as well as iron, vits B and D tests. Iāve been feeling really rotten, and want to look at every potential reason. Now, bear in mind I have been on HRT (prescribed by them) for

Flare after TKR update
Just an update - I have taken ibuprofen regularly but no improvement and today I feel incredibly fatigued. I have therefore increased from 6.5mg to 10mg and will stay at this level for at least a week provided it solves the problem. Strangely it seems that everything but the knee hurts! Recovery

sleep apnea and afib
According to monitoring with apple watch, my over night pulse rate often goes into the low 40s. In addition when I check in the morning I am often in afib. I have sleep apea and use a CPAP. Just wondering if anyone else has these low overnight pulse rates and any linkage to sleep apnea triggering afib

Hopelessness
I've been diagnosed officially with PTSD this week which is not a shock. I begin EMDR sessions next week so hope those are able to help. I have these bouts of feeling hopeless. I'm trying not to go too hard on myself but just feel that things will never get easier. Cry myself to sleep most nights with

Total knee replacement?
I have RA, diagnosed at Christmas 2020. I also have buggered knees - I believe that is the correct medical term - that pre-date the RA diagnosis. At my last (final?) RA consultation the consultant showed me a beautiful X-ray of my knees. Nice bones, absent cartilage. He had previously mentioned knee

Canāt decide
I have significant stage 4 endometriosis and adenomyosis for which Iāve had multiple surgeries including two excision and removal of left ovary and both tubes. Since my last excision Iāve been in pain every day which is now much worse as the disease returns within months of surgery even when excised

proof I have been restricted on ADHD
Iām not paranoid they really have restricted me! I have tried to contact the admin but no reply. I suspect my crime is suggesting natural therapies such as changing diet for eg 7 year olds and to question giving them antidepressants at such a young age before trying changing diet and exercise. Here

changed to aripiprazole
Hello ladies I hope youāre ok. I have recently changed from risperidone to aripiprazole and I have sooo much more energy. Itās made me realised how sedated Iāve been for three years on risperidone. I realise energy or aka thesis is a symptom of changed antipsychotics. I havenāt been able to sit still
