Finally had followup with Gastro
He told me he knows of nobody who has reversed any stages, that you cannot turn
fibrosis
or cirrhosis around. Best you can hope for is to stop progression. I asked if there were test you could run periodically to be sure you are going in right direction, he said not really.

Me and my gizmo
I use it every other week t send test results to Nottingham City Hospital so that they can monitor my pulmonary
fibrosis
remotely. I go the the hospital once a year and have a telephone chat with my thoracic consultant six months in between.

Quick question, has anyone had these and not been in full blown cirrhosis, ie in
fibrosis
but reversible? Hepatitis etc? Not looking for any medical advice on this just curious as I’ve developed a couple since stopping drinking alcohol my liver is still under investigation so no diagnosis yet.

Agonising bowel cramps post hysterectomy
Hi there, is this something that will ease with time as my bowel learns how to work again? I has endo removed from my bowel at the same time as hysterectomy so could this be why I'm suffering such pain 3 weeks on? X

Heart condition after Covid
Because of this I have recently had a cardiac mri (after already having several ECGs, a holter monitor and echocardiogram) which found I have either had myocarditis at some point post Covid leaving me with mild cardiac
fibrosis
or the
fibrosis
is an early cardiomyopathy.

No fibrosis
ALT little elevated, but heard people have
fibrosis
and cirrhosis with normal liver enzymes. So put there no
fibrosis
with Nash? I'm so thankful for this group. Heads up we can and fight this.

Cramps day 4 after embryo transfer
Hi there, just wondering if anyone had a BFP after having bad period like cramps day 4? This is my 8th cycle and I can't recall having anything like this before. Feels like my adenomyosis period like pains... feeling disheartened. Have felt like this since early arvo and can't shake it.

Radiation Fibrosis of Lung
Hi Everyone, My mum completed 15 fractions of radiotherapy during her breast cancer treatment and we have now learnt that this has caused
fibrosis
of her left lung. Does anyone have any information on this? I have been on Google and scared myself senseless! Thanks x

fibrosis
. 18 months ago I was advised my liver looked better and they would discharge me score of 8.2kpa . In July I went for a routine check and again was advised today was the day I wouldn't be discharged.

Spiny Mice offer hope for kidney regeneration
They also saw a delayed response by immune cells called macrophages, which are known to play a role in
fibrosis
. Unlike in other mice, macrophages didn't appear on the scene for about a week.

Bone Marrow Biopsy States grade 1 fibrosis. Is this normal for ET?
Hi All, I had the results of my bone marrow biopsy and on the letter it states grade 1
fibrosis
. I am a little concerned with the word “
fibrosis
”. I have spoken to guys hospital and they have only said that this is in keeping with ET. Does “
fibrosis
grade 1” mean MF progression?

I still wonder if eventually the fat could turn to scar tissue or
fibrosis
. I know I’ve had fatty liver for 7-10 years, so I don’t know. He did not seem concerned.

Fermented soya/Afib query
Does anyone have Afib? I'm looking for natural alternatives to blood thinners and have seen Nattokinase and Serrapeptase recommended. However Natto is made from soya which I know is a no-no for us but is fermented soya OK? I've just started taking NAC but am concerned that taking K2 (with my D3) will

Stabbing pain in my right side (under ribs)

Hyperplasia
Hello ladies, I've recently been diagnosed with hyperplasia and need to have treatment. So I have had the merina coil fitted on the 1st of Nov. Started bleeding on the 7th Nov and haven't stopped yet... keep going through cycles of heaviness, has anyone had the same experience? Tia xx

Anyone had Decapeptyl injections and no change in symptoms/no menopause onset?
I’m about to have my fifth decapeptyl injection to manage heavy bleeding with fibroids and nothing has changed, in fact possibly worse. Bleeding consistently since August with some flooding after 3rd injection. No menopause symptoms. Had add back tibolone HRT from the start but stopped 2 weeks ago

DE Embryo FET - 2nd failed :(
Just looking for a bit of solidarity and advice. Our 1st DE embryo transfer ended in a MMC in October discovered at our viability scan. It was a 5AA embryo which stopped growing around 5.5 weeks. It was utterly devastating. We have just had a BFN from our 2nd DE embryo transfer. It was a 4AB embryo
