Quick question, has anyone had these and not been in full blown cirrhosis, ie in fibrosis but reversible? Hepatitis etc?
Not looking for any medical advice on this just curious as I’ve developed a couple since stopping drinking alcohol my liver is still under investigation so no diagnosis yet.
Thanks all

Firstly I read one of your posts a few weeks ago and I think it is wonderful that you stopped drinking completely.
I don't think spider angiomas are specific to Liver disease, I think they may even appear on healthy people (I'm hoping someone will confirm or correct this).
I'm a great believer in listening to what our bodies tell us. You listened and stopped drinking. But your body is still trying to tell you something so it is good that you are getting tests done.
I'm sure you are aware that liver disease is manageable and can get better, so, no matter what the investigation finds, there is always hope.
There are people here who are suffering similar symptoms to yours and sometimes it is hard to get a definite diagnosis.
Referring to your last post, your symptoms remind me of some of my own. Mine were related to my gall bladder, diabetes and my spleen... Before my wonderful doctor (who kept looking for an answer) linked them all to my liver and found my Hepatitis C.
I was not looking but I am so happy my doctor kept searching and found an answer. I'm not suggesting that you have hep c, I'm just pointing out that sometimes little things can add up but it may be something out of the ordinary that may take a little time to diagnose, and the fact that you are still looking for answers is good.
That having been said from what I have learned it is my understanding that spider veins do not automatically mean one has gone all the way to cirrhosis. They can be present due to hormones, high blood pressure, obesity, bodily injury, stress and some obscure vein diseases and fatty liver disease. Lots of links on google, but perhaps this is what you are looking for the most -
