Hope - Something I thought. “Not for me”
In big black letters the words read NO
FIBROSIS
!!!!! The kPa is now down in single digits! Low ones, the region reported as being slightly high but not at deaths door. Cried with relief when I read it, am still staring at it! So there IS hope!

5 failed transfers and looking for hope (and NK cells…)
Not posted for a while but today feel like it’s suddenly really hard again. Does anyone else deal with things well and have hope and belief they will get their baby then suddenly it just all feels like it’s never going to happen? Got my period today following a double frozen embryo transfer 9 days ago

Just Diagnosed - Dealing with work
I have just been diagnosed with pulmonary
fibrosis
by CT Scan only, still waiting for blood and lung function tests. Question, how have others dealt with work. I find I am very distracted at the moment!

Seeking thoughts and experiences on predisone / predisolone with embryo transfer
Hi everyone, I'm looking for any thoughts and experiences you may be able to share on taking the steroids predisone and predisolone as part of your embryo transfer cycle. I'm making preparations to go into FET 3, but a recent immune panel I did revealed my th1 and th2 cytokine levels are high, and that

How long for FIB4 results?
Without the FIB 4 result I have no idea what/if any
fibrosis
is present in my liver. Was told diagnosis by letter, along with no treatment available other than losing weight. Feeling very bewildered by this massive change to my health.

Chilli in vagina 2 days after FET - eek
Hello, This sounds ridiculous, but I chopped chilli with my dinner tonight and despite having washed my hands several times, including straight before inserting a progynova tablet up my vagina at the end of the evening, I suddenly got a burning sensation up my vagina when I put the tablet up. It subsided

Has anyone had bleeding before an FET?
Me again asking for advice! Has anyone had bleeding in the lead up to an FET? I'm taking progynova plus patches and I've had some bleeding today (day 5). It's like a light period bleed. I've phoned the clinic and they have said to wait until my next scan on Wednesday so they can see what's happening

F3 to F4
Diagnosed 1-12 yrs ago with F3
fibrosis
. Now up to F4. They used Fibrotest-Actitest both times to diagnose stage of
fibrosis
. I seen mentions on here of numerous diagnostic instruments, but not Fibrotest-Actitest. Does any have any information/experience with this?

*Sensitive post. 3rd and final round of IVF, aged 42. Just received first positive pregnancy test ever and i am delighted but so scared.
Hi there, I have been following these forums for many years but kinda of hid in the back ground. Yesterday I received a positive beta 14 days following a 5 day blastocyst transfer. I have had 2 previous failed rounds of IVF. They said my beta was a good result and they think its viable. I was really

Has anyone used the medication 'Hyalofemme'
I have been given this product for Vaginal Atrophy and Vaginal dryness. Unlike the 'Yes Vaginal Moisturiser', it claims to repair the skin, and give it back it's own natural moisture. It also says it has been clinically proven to be as effective as hormone cream containing 0.1 % oestriol. Also claims

2D-SWE, influence of inflammation and alcohol?
the first test, 2D-SWE was in F2 (maybe still F1 in alcohol etiology) and the result from the Fibroscan clearly stated that it was "F0 and without signs of liver fat" (bloods had completely returned to normal, even GGT was 50 UL/l) I still think (too much) about whether Fibroscan could underestimate
