How long for FIB4 results?

I had my most recent bloods on 31 October. All function tests came back within normal range, though Gamma GT high. I am still waiting on results of the FIB-4 test. Does it always take ages to come back from the lab? Without the FIB 4 result I have no idea what/if any fibrosis is present in my liver.

Was told diagnosis by letter, along with no treatment available other than losing weight. Feeling very bewildered by this massive change to my health. Other than eating a gastritis diet and joining a gym, I have no idea what to do to help my liver

If you have your blood test results, you can calculate your own Fib-4 score. There's a calculator at the link below.

This test is to estimate fibrosis in HBV and HCV, not other liver diseases.

I am still waiting on the FIB-4 test results. Does it always take a month to come through? I already have a calculator bookmarked, ready for when my results finally appear.

If you received your blood test results, you should be able to calculate you Fib-4 score yourself. All you need is platelets, ALT, AST, and your age. Did you not receive the levels when you learned you GGT? Every lab is different I suppose. I usually get my blood work results within a week or two.
