Haematology Appointment Update
My bone marrow biopsy showed
fibrosis
but not a lot, he said that could have been caused by the Anagrelide. Anyway he had more blood taken which will be sent for Next Generation Sequencing so he can get a definitive answer, this could take up to 12 weeks.

Inositol and Pregnancy
Hi all, I've been taking inositol for just over a year and it has really helped me with some of my more challenging PCOS symptoms. I've also been undergoing IVF during this time and have had all my embryos frozen. We're hopefully about to start my first frozen embryo transfer cycle this month and I don't

I had my second one over a year ago and was told like my first one everything was fine - no
fibrosis
. I have PV and take Rux. I didn't question it. However, In the Trephine section it states "Mild fragmentation to one pole of the sample noted.

Can anyone recommend me a clinic on the continent where I could get a hysteroscopy done?
So yet ANOTHER spanner in the works, my clinics now want me to have another diagnostic hysteroscopy done. “Ringing the GP for a gynae referral” like they suggested is not an option. With the way the NHS is going at the moment I will have died of old age before that ever materialises. I have no choice

Knee/Hip replacement
HiI have Idiopathic pulmonary
fibrosis
and recently underwent revision hip surgery and am awaiting revision surgery on both knees. So personally I looked at all the positives & negatives and decided that by having the surgery my quality of life would improve.

has anyone else experienced this?
hello everyone! I wanted to post here and ask if anyone has had a similar experience to mine. I have been having severe pelvic pain for about 3 years in total. It has gotten much more intense as time has gone on. If I had to describe the pain, it feels like extremely painful menstrual cramps. They happen

Nattokinese
I've just been reading through various pages in Pulmonary
Fibrosis
UK page and read an article about systemic enzymes, Nattokinese in particular, which can reduce fibrotic scarring in the body, including lungs. Has anyone researched, or tried this supplement?

Trisomy 22 - POC result. Anybody been in same boat but eventually succeeded? Plz share
Hi ladies So my 4th MC POC was tested and result came back with trisomy 22. No ivf yet. My heart aches to read that it was defective. Good stories always make me feel positive and give me belief that I can carry on. Has anybody in this circle had same issue but eventually succeeded. Did you do

Anovulatory medicated FET success rates
Hello ivf warriors, I am having doubts before our FET. I am currently not ovulating (still breastfeeding my ivf double rainbow). Clinic is happy to induce ovulation by medication for the purposes of the transfer. I am having doubts whether there could be less chance of success given my body has not returned

How do you know?
I know I was tested (negative, fortunately) for other things such as Cystic
Fibrosis
and there's a part of me which wonders whether the doctors at the hospital just picked asthma as an easy answer.

Double desogestrel pill
Has anyone else been told to take two pills a day? My gynaecologist told me to try it over a month ago to try and reduce bleeding and pain. My pain has reduced but the bleeding hasn't. Has anyone else had this experience?
