You maybe need to run this by your own health professional. There is a pretty high sodium content in some of these sauces. You certainly don't want to consume too much salty or high sodium foods.
As far as liver health in concerned, a high-sodium diet may cause further liver health complication and can contribute to liver disease worsening. Too much sodium in food can cause liver dysfunction resulting in water retention, swelling, and inflammation.
As I said probably best to get advice off your own doctor or liver specialist dietician.

Get advice as as Katie says, high slat products aren't good for anyone, least of all people with liver problems. I would buy the lower salt versions of all of the asian sauces if you must have them as . Lower salt Soy is easy to get and you could perhaps make some others?
