I've been taking inositol for just over a year and it has really helped me with some of my more challenging PCOS symptoms. I've also been undergoing IVF during this time and have had all my embryos frozen. We're hopefully about to start my first frozen embryo transfer cycle this month and I don't want to get too optimistic incase it doesn't work first time, but I've started wondering if it's safe to continue taking inositol in the event that I manage to get pregnant? Does anyone have any advice?

I found this to be helpful in (vaguely!) regulating my seriously irregular periods. I stopped taking it when I got pregnant - we sadly lost the baby but likely due to chromosome issues not the myo inositol stopping. I later did quite a bit of research on this though and many studies suggest it is safe and actually beneficial during pregnancy. I would def double check with your fertility clinic to be on the safe side though.
We’ve had quite a lot of IVF and have a son from a frozen transfer so wishing you tonnes of luck! Not sure if you know but there’s a fertility board on here that’s very active - lots of support and answers to questions like this if you’re interested xx
