amlodipine side effects
has anyone had an irregular heartbeat since starting amlodipine and/or an increase in blood pressure? will the heartbeat go back to normal or is it permanent? dr's say they don't know what is causing the irregular heartbeat yet it is listed as a side effect. thanks :)

I am on 15 mg prednisolone, ramipril, Omeprazole, and today have started azathioprine. All these are to be taken in the morning with food, apart from the azathioprine which I am also to take with my evening meal. Is it OK to take them in one batch in the morning? Thanks in advance

(New here, Oct 2019) I am not seeking advice, but thought this might be of interest to anyone with the same diagnosis, which does not seem common on this site. Use of Kyolic garlic caps for hypertension control
My question is this: Anyone else has found that Kyolic garlic been beneficial is helping reduce their BP in any way? I have been on this for 4 weeks now, and it has reduced my BP from the high 190s over 100s over weeks to now the 130s over 70s. I have been on Candestar 16mgs daily for some time controlling

The doctor has put me in Ramipril 1.25 today. I am very ready to go on a diet and came back from a 2 week holiday yesterday

Anti platelets and anti coagulation and an itch!
Just over a year ago I had 1 stent after the discovery of 99% blockage to LAD artery. Scary but with time and a bagful of meds I have returned to work and in general have done OK. My meds clopidogrel, atorvastatin, ramipril, lanzaprasole, and Apixaban. At the time I was on warfarin I have a prior history

Amlodipine and Atorvastatin.
My cardio nurse prescribed amlodipine and atorvastatin for my SVT and AF. I read on the statin insert that it must not be taken if on amlodipine so I have not taken any. Does anyone here take these together?

Hypertension
Hi - I have Hashimoto and hypertension. I tried medication in the form of Ramipril and it made me feel really sick. Any ideas or recommendation for a drug that maybe better suited. Can't dodge this for too much longer.

Increasing medication
Good morning. I have chronic heart failure and dilated cardiomyopathy. Still don't know why? It could be because of a family history but could also be because I'm a carrier for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, which both my son's inherited. Sadly my oldest son passed away just before his 19th birthday.

Finally a Diagnosis

He has also started me on Ramipril, with a diuretic to be

very high blood pressure
I have had and AV node ablation and a PVI in an effort to control my AF . I was given sotalol and it seems to agree with me. I am usually sensitive to most drugs. Unfortunately although it is said that it makes the BP plunge the opposite has happened to me. I do take a diuretic - indapamide, but since

Osteoarthritis knee pain eased
I have followed a similar path to many of painkillers and treatments. But two months ago I was so lucky to find some relief. And I can't put this down to any particular treatment or medication. Through a 24 hour day, and for different treatments, I take Glucosamine. Rivaroxaban. Amlodipine. Atorvastatin
