Hi does ramipril lower your heart rate, been on 1.25mg for just over a week. Usually my heart rate is around mid 50's & 60's when sleeping.

I've noticed since early hours its dropped to 40's & 1 point 39 bpm, didn't notice anything as I was asleep

Bit worried as bever been that low, I wear a Samsung fitness watch as I like to keep track if my health and I'm very active throughout the day

Hi Annb865. My heart rate is about the same. I’ve spoken to my Doc about it and he says not to worry unless I start falling over and if I can cope with the odd light head.

Hi thank you very much. Spoke to my doctor & he said the same as you had told, feel a little better knowing it's not just me, I appreciate your reply
