Pulsatile carotid artery
I have been struggling with a strong pulse on the right side of my neck for several weeks. Was prescribed amlodipine in January after having sudden hypertension episode. The doctor says it's a normal pulse, but it's so loud and even woke me up this morning. I can see it pounding in my neck. Does anyone

Diagnosed fsgs stage 3a severe/moderate on biopsy. 1200 protein in urine, blood tests o.k. one kidney.
Hello, Wondering if anyone who has fsgs can help lessen my worries. I'm 60 yr. old female, been going thru this for last year. Dr. doesn't tell me anything which freaks me out. I've read it may take 2-20 years for this to progress to esrd and wondering about others experience, timeline. I'm on losartan

Turmeric
I am wondering if anyone has experience of taking Turmeric while taking warfarin, I have been taking one tablet daily for arthritis, and did notice a decrease in painful flare ups, however I was recently told that you should not take Turmeric with warfarin as it has an adverse effect. My last INR readings

Drug skin reaction due to T4/T3.
I have been on Levo 50mcg for 20 months & T3 40mcg split into three doses for 14 months. In July 2020 I started to get swelling in my feet, ankle & leg but only in the left leg. It then went to my right leg & foot too. This went on until the end of November 2020. I was then put on water tablets to help

Ramipril
Has anybody had side effects from coming off Ramipril. Have been taking 1.25mg for 7 months, then increased to 2.5mg but felt light headed and dodgy stomach and arm and leg muscle pain so told by doctor to stop taking Ramipril and statin to see what is causing it. Had light chest pain but nothing yet

Entresto and Dapagliflozin use
Hello hearties It's been a while since I posted here, but I wondered if anyone is on Entresto and how they are getting on. I have been taken off Ramipril as my Ejection Fraction is between 35 and 40 percent and started on medium dose Entresto. I am also to be given Dapagliflozin as the Cardiologist

Indapamide 2.5mg tablets
Hi I am new to this forum. I have been told to start taking Indapamide 2.5mg tablets but am also on Amlodipine 10mg daily. I am scared of the side effects I have read about though for Indapamide and that I have to take them probably forever. My BP has increased recently for some unknown reason whilst
