Blood Pressure Disaster - Part Deux
The saga continues. So finally my Primary Care doctor is back from vacation and I snag an appointment. My blood pressure since the change in medication has been high and my nephrologist just keeps upping the doses. I was at 150 mg of Metoprolol (is that a record?), 320 mg of Valsartan and 20 mg of

Candesartan cough?
Candesartan 4 mg was added to my amlodipine 5 mg a few months ago. When my BP was still high, the dosage was increased to 8 mg. I had no problems on the 4 mg, but after the increase I developed an irritating little dry cough. It felt the same as the one I had when on perindopril, except not as hacking

Ramapril and Candesartan help please.
I was prescribed Ramapril last year lowest dose and tolerated it really well. However when I saw my cardiologist in July my blood pressure was high and he increased the dosage to 2.5 mg twice a day. As well as hypertension I have mild CAD and moderate LVH. I started experiencing a vibrating sensation

Looking for advice, yet again, please.
I had an appointment to see my GP today regarding high blood pressure. I have been taking 10mg Ramipril for some time but recently BP has been high and erratic. Apparently, I cannot go to a higher Ramipril dose, therefore, need to change. I’m aware that some BP medication can interfere with RLS, so
