Newly Diagnosed with PPMS
Mobility problems, cognitive issues and
fatigue
have all gotten worse over the last few years. There's not much information about ms and folks my age. I'm looking for advice about managing the beast.

Sticking to one brand of T3
I work full time and want to try and avoid asking for time off at short notice (and using all my leave up to manage my
fatigue
) so it would be better if I could get a stable supply of the type which my body seems to like.

Medrol to Hydrocortisone for suspected steroid withdrawal?
Reduced from 4 mg to 3.5 mg and have had extreme
fatigue
, weakness, lightheaded, brain fog, nausea. No signs of PMR flare. Went back to 4 for a couple days, then 6 and still a mess. I felt like I was in crisis on 7/4 and ended up taking 18 mg and 16 the next day!

Even though I suffer with
fatigue
on a daily basis, when it comes to bedtime I really struggle with lack of sleep, I’m shattered. I take HRT, patches and Progesterone and at first I think they did act a bit like a sleeping tablet as I usually had a fairly good nights sleep.

Fatigue
I am on week 9 but when I started doing 28 mins, I began to get all day long
fatigue
and stress headaches. I drink lots of water before the run and through the day along with eating lots of snacks.

New endo diagnosis
I could attribute some other symptoms to endo but I’ve never seen anyone about them -painful periods - nothing stops the pain, heavy periods with big clots, spotting, pain during sex,
fatigue
. I’ve always just carried on as thought this was “normal”. It’s all been a bit of a shock and upsetting.

RNIB may be another option for vision issues after brain injury.
Some others have said that sitting in waiting rooms makes them feel worse and they get cognitive
fatigue
, this may be caused by the lighting etc. Will see what happens and will pass the info on.

Im a week off my next period and I’m experiencing hot flushes,
fatigue
, heart palpitations, and an unsettled stomach. Has anyone else had a similar experience coming off them? I’ve also stopped my hrt and my periods have returned.

GPA flare, is it likely even if I only have 1 symptom
I was diagnosed with GPA in 2017, I have had 3 flares since initial diagnosis and although the symptoms have got milder each time, I always have the same symptoms - pain and loss of hearing in my ear, discomfort and blood in my nose, pain and stiffness in my finger joints and extreme
fatigue

I think I have Endometriosis
There's also been
fatigue
and I've been so depressed. I've tried to make an appointment with a GP, waiting for someone to get back to me. I hadn't really put anything together until I started researching while waiting to hear from the Drs.

Is it Behcets?
I get a lot of gastro symptoms, joint pain and
fatigue
, all of which are getting worse. As it's invisible pain, you feel like a fraud without a diagnosis. I don't seem to get eye issues either, but I'm going to see an optician to check.
