no transplant needed!
I said to him the only thing that gets me is the
fatigue
and he said that side effect is irreversible transplant or no transplant and will always have that it’s learning where my limits are and how to manage it, so if anyone who has

what helps you?

understanding the journey
The journey to date has been a challenge and as a family we are struggling to support my husband as each day brings its own challenges- high and low moods, body aches, throbbing veins in the temples, severe
fatigue

I'm trying to find ways to have already available 'files' for you on certain subjects like itching, general tips, tips for
fatigue
, and what questions to ask your doctors throughout the PBC journey. This way you can just click on them when a subject comes up that has already been addressed.

I was told your results are fine it’s not the cause of the
fatigue
. I also had zero negative poly arthritis/fibromyalgia which as you’ll know main symptoms of which are
fatigue
and aching muscles.

I’m scared
I also have some of the symptoms such as
fatigue
, joint pain, burning pains in feet/hands, and bruising. Weirdly I also developed onset livedo reticularis. Anyway, my GP has mentioned if this continues I need to be referred to a specialist. But im just looking for some reassurance haha

Besremi side effects?
He is currently on hudroxyurea and we are actually uncertain as to whether the nausea and
fatigue
are directly related to it. He has definitely had hair thinning / loss and we think that’s related to hydroxy. He does have his second appointment later in February with the specialist at Stanford.

At Zero Pred for a bit more than a year - and a false alarm
Well, 1) I wonder if repeated excessive muscle abuse can lead to PMR and 2) normal muscle
fatigue
can feel like the beginning of a PMR flare.

One of the symptoms of B12 deficiency reported to us most often is unexplained
fatigue
. It is important to remember that
fatigue
is not exclusive to B12 deficiency and if you do experience unexplained
fatigue
please do get in touch with your healthcare team.

Looking for advice after laparoscopy - returning endo and worsening sypmtoms
I think if I had to choose I'd rather deal with the pain and try to fix the
fatigue
, but I guess when your body is constantly inflamed it's forever trying to heal itself so that
fatigue
will persist as long as it's there.

PMR taper again!
I am feeling fine, no muscle aches or pain and no
fatigue
. If some of you think it is best to drop 1/4mg to 73/4mg, i could do that also. As long as I am not having any symptoms I'll continue on this taper until I encounter some resistance from PMR.

Chronological vs Biological Age
Yikes: I was diagnosed with MS at age 26 in 1994, no DMT's then, at age 29 I started on Avonex, due to the
fatigue
& cognitive dysfunction I "medically retired" on SSDI at age 45. At age 55, I started on Aubagio, a daily pill, after 25 years of intra-muscular injections with Avonex.

Covid question
We’ve had chills, fevers,
fatigue
and daily diarrhea. I’m at the final three months of V treatment so was advised to start the antiviral Paxlovid on day 4. Diarrhea was unbearable so only used Paxlovid one day and quit. Ventoclax cannot be taken with Paxlovid so I was off it for 7 days.
