Struggling With Side Effects on Combi Therapy
I did feel an improvement in energy,
fatigue
levels etc. However in the last few weeks I've been struggling with side effects like sweating.

Does it sound like PMR?
The
fatigue
, stiffness and pain pinned me to my bed I tried to go for a short walk each day , but even that was too much.

blood results - told all normal but I’m not so sure
I’ve had increasing symptoms of
fatigue
, weight gain, cold all the time, dry skin and loosing hair at an alarming rate. I’ve had a very stressful year in work and put a lot of the symptoms down to stress/depression this was causing.

Ongoing exhaustion after surgery
Hi All, does anyone still suffer with chronic
fatigue
and exhaustion after surgery. Mine was over two years ago and thought I would be fine by now. Is it normal to still have really bad
fatigue
?

Acalabrutinib to treat CLL & AIHA
I have been on W&W since 2018 but in this last year have had four admissions to hospital with Auto Immune Haemolytic Anaemia, all admissions required blood transfusions and I felt pretty poorly with breathlessness,
fatigue
and very low Hb.

tapered recently from 3.5mg prednisone to 3. how long should i wait before going to 2.5?
I am experiencing some
fatigue
now but no pain. I sometimes wonder if I'm symptom free. I guess I won't know until I keep tapering down. I'm not due for blood work for another 3 months. How soon can I start a taper down to 2.5mg pred?

Have I cardiac haemolytic anaemia or haven't I?
The spectacular increase in ferritin follows an iron infusion on May 30 and appears to be too much of a good thing (reference range is 30-400) and may partially explain my current
fatigue
. The other factor is low Vitamin D, and my GP has suggested tablets.

New Blood results - still have brain fog
I have noticed the
fatigue
has gotten better. Just looking for some advice as I have NEVER been on a higher dosage than this, and this was the dosage previous that I felt great on. Should I keep waiting on this dosage?

Sticking to one brand of T3
I work full time and want to try and avoid asking for time off at short notice (and using all my leave up to manage my
fatigue
) so it would be better if I could get a stable supply of the type which my body seems to like.

Medrol to Hydrocortisone for suspected steroid withdrawal?
Reduced from 4 mg to 3.5 mg and have had extreme
fatigue
, weakness, lightheaded, brain fog, nausea. No signs of PMR flare. Went back to 4 for a couple days, then 6 and still a mess. I felt like I was in crisis on 7/4 and ended up taking 18 mg and 16 the next day!

update!
I made today’s appointment despite the chronic
fatigue
. My wife drove. We were late due to the new speed limits here in Wales but that’s another story. I have to have my first endoscopy for two years before my next appointment in three months.

Are these results okay?
Hi,I have been having overwhelming
fatigue
resulting in me needing to sleep during the day most days, which is most unlike me. I have also been having heavy periods every 3 weeks, sometimes even less, last cycle was 19 days. Terrible brain fog and inability to concentrate.

Looking for suggestions
I also got diagnosed with PBC recently which can also play a role with
fatigue
. Any suggestions on what I should do next. Should I push for synthroid and will it help control the size of my thyroid. Or should I leave well enough alone. Tia
