coming off gnhr analogue injections

I’ve been on gnhr analogue injections for endo and adeno for a year and they relieved all my symptoms. My consultant has now taken me off them as they started wearing off after 3 weeks and he wanted to “see how I got on without them” (which is a whole different matter and I’m quite angry about). I’m now off them for a month and a half and getting so many symptoms I didn’t have before. Im a week off my next period and I’m experiencing hot flushes, fatigue, heart palpitations, and an unsettled stomach. Has anyone else had a similar experience coming off them? I’ve also stopped my hrt and my periods have returned. All my endo/adeno symptoms are back and these extra symptoms that have popped up are making me feel horrendous

Hi this sounds awful. I'm on zoladex to get bleeding under control. You have probably gone straight into peri menopause as they sound like symptoms. I don't know your age, but it sounds like your ovaries have kicked into action again. I'm not sure why your consultant took you off it if it was working. I know people say you can only be on it for 12 months but this is because of licensing laws and endo clinics can prescribe it for much longer. I would want to know what the plan is moving forward xxx
