First injection of methylcobalamin

My b12 is 224 (180-900). I've got a load of symptoms which I believe are linked to the low levels. I was going to supplement with lozenges but decided to the injection route instead. I've been unwell for so long now I want to give myself the best chance of getting well. I want to start living again.

I ordered methylcobalamin injections from Oxford bioscences. Saline from Germany. Very easy to mix. I injected 1mg today and will do that every other day for 2 weeks.

Symptoms I have before supplementing are: (in no particular order)

Tinnitus

Extreme fatigue

Muscle weakness

Dry skin

Frizzy dry hair

Very pale sallow complexion

Feel like a slug that's swallowed a brick

Aches and pains

Tingly hands and fingers

Odd buzzing/electric shock accompanied with dizziness

Zero working memory

Clumsy

Forgetful

Depressed

Tearful

Extreme anxiety

Plantar fasciitis

I'm aware that there will be cross over with the symptoms from hypothyroidism

Hoping for some relief from some of the symptoms at least. Here's hoping!

I've been off sick from work for 3 weeks as I just literally ground to a halt during 2 weeks leave prior to going sick. So in total so far I've been off work for 5 weeks (I trully didn't realise how unwell I was until I went on leave). I have one more week off and am going back on a phased return on 5th September

Sorry for rambling post guys.

I've learned so much from this group, both by posting questions and also by reading old threads on various topics.

Extremely valuable resource. Thank you TUK
