Systemic Sclerosis symptoms during pregnancy
I barely do any
exercise
anymore because it makes me feel even hotter and breathless. Has anyone else experienced symptoms changes during their pregnancy?

It’s a group
exercise
class with sedate exercises plus weights for some of them. I had my blood pressure checked before the first class but that’s been it. No monitoring is done before, during or after the classes.

Fibroscan results - can someone help please?
Today I had a fibroscan (my first) and was told that I have a score of a low 3, where 4 is cirrhosis, and that with changes in diet and
exercise
I could get it down to a 2.

I feel completely lost
Yesterday he refused to do an
exercise
activity and because they don’t want others to follow his example and he never tried, he is not able to attend tomorrow for their field trip, so I have him home with me.

Hashimotos & FT3. Advice needed - Rock bottom - About to try Thybon (poor FT4- FT3 conversion).
I generally eat well, and
exercise
when I can. I also meditate and practice mindfulness (work in progress). Although my lifestyle choices have been good, LDL cholesterol is very high.

Bloating and weight gain solutions anyone?
I
exercise
religiously but feel so frustrated at time that nothing gives. My haemo is not sympathetic and I guess all the treatment drugs would have the same effect. Although my gain is not too bad (3 kg) I would love to learn of any special diets. Currently doing low fodmap, as I also have IBS.

1 1/2yrs of treatment and I’m getting worse again.
I eat well, rarely drink alcohol,
exercise
when I feel well. So far drs have no answers. I had a full MRI initially and recently had lower CT, MRI and lots of bloodwork. When my blood was drawn recently it was very dark, maybe indicating iron def? Everything always shows fine.

How long to improve glucose
How long did it take for you to improve your blood sugar levels or eliminate T2 diabetes with diet and
exercise
? Been eating healthy and exercising for about 2 months and lost 5 lbs but fasting blood sugar hasn’t improved. Does it take a long time or does it depend on how much weight you lose?

Suspected Vulvadynia? Severe and constant clitoris pain/burning with some pain underneath. All exacerbated by sitting/walking/weeing.
Sitting definitely makes me worse as well as walking or any type of
exercise
. The pain is always in my clitoris, but can sometimes feel underneath around the internal labia. I feel trapped, as though anything I do makes me worse.

Confused. Any advice appreciated!
Having been diagnosed only 12 days ago I found myself back in A & E in the early hours of this morning! I reckon this attack started about half an hour before I woke as I'm sure I sort of new I had it. Woke up at 4 am to full blown AF. Tried breathing exercises, reading, walking around but by 6am realised
