vasospastic coronary arteries
I have had ( I think) nearly every other test which in order are
exercise
stress test, numberous echos, CT , MRI stress, angiogram, CT then open heart surgery for aneurysm. Interestingly the only lengthy period of relief ( nearly two months exactly) was after the OHS ( for the aneurysm).

Should it take this long to taper with PMR/GCA?
I continue with light
exercise
, eating a low inflammatory diet, and in general do not feel stressed. I try not to worry about these high doses of Prednisone for so many weeks. Is this just a time for needing more patience? Or might there be something else going on?

Straw therapy for low speech volume
There are not many specific to PD; it’s mostly for musical voice training, but it does make sense as an
exercise
to increase muscle tone in the throat. He reports to me that he finds that it helps — again, IF he keeps up with it.

W4 R1 - wow!
A complete running novice in my 30's, having not done any serious
exercise
for well over 10 years. Started C25k a few weeks back, peeked ahead in the schedule out of curiosity and have been dreading not only W5 (you know which run!), but also W4. I could never run for 5 minute periods, could I?

Seeking reassurance on fatigue and recovery
I'm nervous to
exercise
or make any social commitment and feel exhausted despite giving myself 2 weeks of basically sitting on the couch doing nothing. I've been treating this deficiency for 5 months now. Has anyone experienced anything like this with fatigue as your prominent symptom?

Can anyone offer some help regarding my Ferritin levels for my RLS please.
I don’t know if
exercise
and RLS are linked, but I need to continue to
exercise
, to help manage my high BP and Hba1c. Unfortunately, the RLS makes me want to give up. I was recommended to this site for some help managing this condition.

Finding coping strategies - my experience
Exercise
and diet are difficult and require motivation with clear goals and noticable benefits, but as much as anything need to be part of our weekly routines. Luckily I am a member of a gym which run cross-fit sessions.

🍏The unexpected
So dizzy & nauseous I can hardly move let alone
exercise
or run! Awaiting an MRI scan! How life can change overnight… however if running has taught me one thing, it’s this… it doesn’t always go to plan… so find a way through! I will! Watch this space….

Stent progression
I had
exercise
induced Angina. My Echo was very good, and strong with no damage. My Lad was 85% blocked with no other Artery problems . Drugs wise. Still on Aspirin for life, Clopidogral for a year. I'm off the 1.25 mg Bisoprolol. And reduced Atorvistatin to 40 mg.

Tachycardia, exercise and exhaustion
By mid Feb, my health has slowly improved, and joined the gym, and began to
exercise
, 4-5 days per week. Starting of at a slow pace, and I thought making progress. By Apr, I began to experience a number of arrythmias, or as I knew them palpitations, and some weeks, my life was un-barrable.

Breathlessness
I had an ablation a year ago and probably for the 8 months that followed I noticed I became breathless much easier during
exercise
especially when going uphill or when bending and standing up.

Graves Disease - Exercise
I’m wondering is it safe for me to
exercise
? Say swimming or dance class? My heart rate isn’t massively high but at times is slightly raised at around 100 beats per minute. I have been having some heart palpitations, which prompted the discovery of the Graves’ disease having returned.

Apple watch and Kardia questions
My plan is to try and set the phone to alert AF but also to display BPB all the time and set some alarm if beats go over say 120 , I have seen 150 on oximeter during attacks and rarely goes over 120 on
exercise
. The plan then is to do a ECG when alarmed?.
