Good evening!
So that’s week 4 done and dusted, I’ve already begun a mini repeat as I’m going away on Saturday and it’s a whole lot easier doing the runs now. My husband has been away for a few weeks and hasn’t joined me on a buddy run since week 2 (which for me was 4 weeks ago) so he came along and was very impressed at the improvement.
We will be taking a week off to lie in the sun and relax as husband is military so 100% against doing additional exercise on his time off😂
