update on recovery progress and therapies
The exercises are challenging enough and focus on correcting where I still struggle (like stairs and walking on uneven ground and regaining core strength and balance) I got an
exercise
bike for home and I ride gently for 3-7mins a few times a week. I stretch gently Daily.

Soft bones, under pressure to take meds finally…
Up to now I’ve done the health route minus a lot of
exercise
. I’m partially disabled so limited walking is the only option. I’ve been visited by a physiotherapist who has only recommended walking as tolerated. She didn’t recommend any exercises. I’m 78 turning 79 just before Xmas.

Advice please - feeling worried
When in AF
I feel like I'm running on three cylinders, a bit of brain fog, I still got to the gym and can
exercise
without too much problem.
Concerned
- you can imagine how I am feeling, I'm emotionally in a little turmoil.

Technique to counteract depression (on line)
Focused mind: Throughout the
exercise
, try to keep your mind focused on the physical sensations. If you notice your mind wandering into thoughts or worries, gently redirect your attention to the sensations in your muscles.

Mobility exercises?
I used to be very physically fit and
exercise
everyday, and its not the pain I mind so much as the lack of being able to do things. I think that maybe I also fear people seeing me struggle as I haven't had the best experiences and find myself trying to hide it away... Anyway...

I do still try to
exercise
when I can, all be it not as well as I used to , I think there has been a bit of muscle wastage and find it hard to put any on and I do feel like there’s a spark missing somewhere within me. Apart from all that I’d say I feel generally ok if that makes any sense ?

Back on Track!
I found it hard going to
exercise
in the heat, but I managed to get six runs in fourteen days and was quite pleased with myself. I've come back to balmy blue skies, very unseasonable but very welcome. Now I'm on Week 7 of C25k, and the past few runs have been just amazing.

Bridgefeast--nice post! More on exercise
I highly recommend a chest expander as a way to provide upper body resistance
exercise
. Not only does exercising with a chest expander increase strength but the
exercise
can be therapeutic for damaged shoulders.

comments and why is body super bloated water retention
Therefore it is a pointless
exercise
. You may find research papers on reverse T3 on mouse models and occasionally in human studies, but this is not practised in clinical medicine. Best wishes Dr

Osteoporosis
I believe I should now be asking about ‘stage’ and looking to do weight bearing
exercise
(my own research). GP offered future analgesia if required, I tend to not take if can help it. Sorry I’m a little vague, just trying to point myself in right direction. Thanks

Liver Enzymes and Bilirubin Values?
I haven't had any alcohol in a week, and I have realized that for me, it cannot be a casual thing, so I will need to abstain and change my

and diet habits.

Has anyone felt more anxious during and after

? Being out of breath from

is super uncomfortable for me and my chest feels tight and burns. It feels like symptoms from anxiety. I thought
