Exercise webinar today

I have just watched the webinar covering the launch of a booklet concerning exercise routines for PMR/GCA sufferers. Well done to all who contributed. It was clearly popular and I estimate 250 people watched. My question now is how to download the booklet and/or how to get a hard copy.

Here - as mentioned by   SophieMB I think -

pmrgca.org.uk/wp-content/up...

But I would just add for new patients you do need to listen to your body - and to know the different between normal exercise aches, delayed onset muscle soreness [DOMS] and the beginnings of a flare of your PMR

Is there a link to replay the webinar for us in different time zone(s)? or youtube? I and I am sure many have missed webinar.

Yes- just contact either  Fran_Benson or  SophieMB and I'm sure they send you a link...

If you are a member of PMRGCAuk you should have got an email a few weeks ago asking if you wanted to join zoom and/or get a recording afterwards...

thanks

EDIT: I sent request for link ( still waiting) but was wondering if there is any reason why this link should not be posted here in this forum?

The webinar was an excellent presentation of much needed advice on exercising. Kudos to Anne, Will and all the others. Thank you. I shared everything with my rheumatologist.

What a helpful resource/guide! Did my first round of exercises this morning….no more excuses now. Thank you to all who made this project a success. It will benefit and aid us in “managing” our condition.

P.S. My hubby will be thrilled to learn that golf is encouraged (along with other established routine physical activities). And I’m happy to get credit for housework!
