Hi Everone , special thanks to PMR Pro , Snazzy D and Dorset Lady for constantly advising as well as others on this marvellous forum . I`m suffering badly with adrenal insuffiency symptoms(Extreme fatigue , Anxiety , feel like I`m not on my own legs , Gastro discomfort, etc. ) .

Eventually I am starting to feel a bit better but I am now beginning to wonder if this was linked to a flare up of Lupus but am now realising everone is very different but since I was diagnosed I have not felt likethis and since I never felt ill before diagnosing (tests and butterfly rash)it is not going

I am currently reaching out to almost anyone and everone i come accross online who seems to have a shred of advice or help for me. I don't want to overshare but i feel like this is just a piece of it so i think i'll stop writing now.

i switched smoking but now its been 1 month i feel very anxious that may be something is wrong with me i am feeling rough patches in my cheecks skin while touching with tongue and also there are little yellow whites spots in cornors and i have seen a patch offwhite colour in the end of the tongue everone

Hi everone,Following on from my recent posts regarding iron supplements, I would like to let you know that I have doubled my iron intake in the last couple of days and it has helped my RLS . It broke through at 5am, but from 9pm until the breakthrough at 5am, I was mostly free from symptoms.

Everone was so kind and after last time we had learnt to take water, flasks of tea, snacks, books and kindles. It was worth it though because consultant is happy for me to bimble along as I am and go through it all again in six months, unless things change.
