last year I have started smoking but noticed some changes in mouth doctor told me its smokers palate and immediately i switched smoking but now its been 1 month i feel very anxious that may be something is wrong with me i am feeling rough patches in my cheecks skin while touching with tongue and also there are little yellow whites spots in cornors and i have seen a patch offwhite colour in the end of the tongue everone says it is normal but dont know is this normal but whenever i stopped thinking about that things become normal and whatever i think i start to feel that in my mouth and i m not able to stop thinking about that dont know what to do help

Can you call your doctor and let them know your concerns? Maybe you could have a follow up appointment to put your mind at ease?
