Happy February EVERONE and welcome!
White rabbits everywhere, in the changing room today! Slip of your shoes, if you are able, and sit down...
A brand new month... and a brand new month, also, for staying fit and staying healthy... mind and body!
Not much to think about there then!!!!
Well, I am not sure how the rest of you are going on, but I have been relying on my strength and stamina work to keep me going over these last months. The weather has kept me indoors from my running, but walking and indoor work has been the name of the game.
Yoga with Adriene, and the January challenge completed... and also RED January.... Rise every day and so I did... ! Thanks you to CBDB for those links... February here I come! INHALE... YWA!
I know I rely very much, on my supplementary exercise and I am wondering how everyone else has been coping.
Have you found the weather has handicapped your efforts to exercise at all? Have you found ways of staying fit and stay moving?
If so, what have you been doing?
Here we are, February 1st and I am busy thinking too, of some of the past posts and replies... and the ones where folk were talking about having a crib sheet if you like, to refer to, for basic exercises.
So over the next weeks, I am going to be focussing on searching around, to find the kind of thing we might use. Things which you can print off... and use. Make a file of your own maybe!
Today then, a reference sheet... with illustrations ! Just as a sample... a set of simple basic exercises that most of will be able to carry out each morning, or at some point in the day,. This found on an Australian University blog!
We do learn faster by 'doing'... so hopefully after a few days of this one, ( and it does not mean this is your only form of supportive exercise), you will get to remember it.
BUT...
I want to hear from YOU.
Which body parts or which exercises would you like to see the focus on?
Legs, feet, back, hips, upper body strength, stamina...?
Please, let me know your thoughts...
I am hoping that BarbieW will pop in, and the folk who replied to this post too. I will give them a shout out, if not
Looking forward to seeing some of you here and looking forward to your suggestions too!

The tartan background is my husband's Clan tartan, Clan Keith. But he is supporting England in the Six Nations! Hmmm !
