So, I have now lost 10 /11 pounds in 5.5 weeks which I am happy about. Have another 13.5 pounds to go but am almost 50% of the way there. Am very happy and feel positive that by the year end I will be back to around 9.6/7 stone. I will be then trying to loose 7 pounds to get just under 9 stone but know that last half stone will be very hard to loose. I feel it’s important to celebrate the “wins” so far to keep motivation going but to also keep focused on my target. I am also looking at fat % soon and muscle mass as wanna be trim and toned mainly rather than just weigh less. But until reach about 9.12/13 stone it’s all about the actual pounds dropping. It’s good I feel less bloated and more comfortable - all that extra weight really er weighed me down! However looking forward to the next half stone dropping when think will be dropping a dress size too 😀 x

Yes - muscle mass and body fat percentage are much better indicators than BMI.

So now I have lost a stone! Whoop whoop! 8 pounds to go! Have started swimming and exercising too so now in a time and fitness mission too. Think I can do this for year end 😀
