Hi, I've just joined in the hope of finding the inspiration to gain control over my currently chaotic eating habits. I have around 4 stone to lose and as I approach 50 I'm starting to feel it's more urgent. Also feeling twinges of pain in knee and hip which I think could be eased by weight loss. I'm a bit ' all or nothing' once I get started but I enjoy food and graze a lot as my default position. I have lacked motivation to really get started on a successful approach for a long time now. Hoping to find my inspiration here.

Hello, I’ve just joined today as well. Have you considered trying SlimmingWorld to help you lose weight? I have been doing it for 3 months now and have lost 17lbs. I would definitely recommend it as it’s a lifestyle change, helps you control bad eating habits but without feeling like you’re on a diet. There are local groups all over the country. 🙂
Welcome Hidden ....you will love it here. Everyone is so friendly and supportive. When I’m tempted to graze I find if I log in here (even if it’s only for 10 minutes) the moment passes....not every time but more often than not! It’s a great way to learn new habits and you will pick up some great ideas too. Good luck!🌼
