Hi everyone,
Here's what I made for dinner tonight it's a cauliflower baked in a chickpea sauce made with onions mushrooms tomatoes garlic cooked in olive oil to soften then a paste made with chickpea flour and cold water was added with the water used to cook the cauliflower. I added black pepper sage sprinkled golden linseeds on top then baked it for about 25mins until golden.
For an even creamier sauce you can use coconut milk, I liked it like this and was interested to try it as I've seen chickpeas used for vegan cheese dishes and I like nice simple food. This is also low carb so ticks a few free from boxes.
I love oven baked food this time of year too. π
