Burning rectal pain

Hello,

So I’m experience this burning/numbing pain every time I open my bowels and the smell is absolutely horrendous.

The numbing sensation is new to me, and is quiet worrying.

Would anyone know what maybe causing it?

Hi I have had a fissure before ( a small tear in my rectum) and had the same symptoms. Do not get mixed up with a fistula as they are completely different. Speak to your gp. The treatment is a topical gtn cream . Hope this helps .
