I am new here. I have been obese for about 5 years and found out last year that I have PCOS. Being advised that I need to lose weight (like I didn't know..) high BMI of 32, I have been trying, but the progress is very slow and I fall in the trap of binge eating time and again. Today I was going through the web on tips, and I am here in a desperate attempt to finding support in my weight loss journey.
Starting weight --78.7 kg
Lost until now- 2 kg (from past 4 months!)

As you have a diagnosis of PCOS, I'm going to give you a few things to look at and read. A bonus is, this way of eating should help to curb your binge eating too.

The skinny on obesity was brilliant. I got hubby to watch it with me. He has swapped his sugar laden hot chocolate for herbal tea and given up his late night biscuits as a result. Been spreading the word.
