Now Undetectable PSA on BAT Regimen
Happy to share my latest progress report. Note that I am mHSPC, lymph nodes only to pelvis and abdomen. I have been on long-cycle modified BAT for 2.5 years now. 3 months of very high testosterone (400mg T-cypionate every 2 weeks), then one month of ADT using Orgovyx. My PSA has continued to decline

Need help with Oestradiol and thyroid blood results ASAP please!
I've just received my Medichecks results from yesterday and to say I am alarmed about the Oestradiol result is an understatement. My oestradiol is LOWER than when I tested before starting HRT in September 2022!

Hello, would anyone be kind enough to help me with my latest results? I have had an underactive thyroid since my early 20s and I have also been diagnoses with Hashimoto's, but do these results indicate I have now gone overactive? I had a full hysterectomy a year and a half ago and I'm not sure if that

Testosterone post ADT
My t level is coming back very slowly following salvage radiation + 6 months ADT. I’m 60 years old and after nearly 18 months still have difficulty gaining muscle mass and losing this gut. The good news is my PSA is still undetectable. Any suggestions?

Thoughts on ADT with sRT?
I've been told by several ROs that RT is more effective if given together with ADT, and I think that's pretty widely assumed to be true. I'm wondering, though, if what is seen to be a synergy may instead be only a statistical error. Temporary ADT can lead to permanent testosterone loss in up to 30%

goserelin and ACTH
I am wondering how and if GnRH medications like Zoladex impact the ACTH production and if the activity of the adrenal production of adrenal androgens feeds the prostate cancer cells independently of the LH / testosterone route. Also as cortisol is increased with various other physical and psychological

What where men with pca like pre diagnosis and treatment???
I remember being extremely highly wanting sex, most decisions used to involve sex.I'm wondering if that was a huge build up of the testosterone that was feeding PCA???? Seemed to be accelerated in the year or 2 leading up to diagnosis? Anyone else experience that. Like the volume being turned up on

Pelvic pain with blood/brown discharge
Hi - I'm 61 and get pelvic pain and occasional blood and brown discharge when I wipe myself after weeing. I've referred to my GP and the issue has been investigated with tests including an MRI scan but they can find nothing wrong. I use HRT patches with combined Progesterone daily. I also use Estriol

Orgovyx w/o side effects?
I started Orgovyx tablets 2 weeks ago. No hot flashes. Maybe a little more tired than usual. Not gaining weight. But I have a low testosterone level before starting the drug ... 150 ng/dl. Could this be the reason as I have had no libido for many years.

Has anyone tried testosterone ?
Just diagnosed with Fibro. I read somewhere that testosterone was helpful in dealing with the disease. Has anyone tried this? I am a woman and I remember testosterone was helpful during menopause. I just rubbed it on my belly. I'm now 74 and wondering if I should use it to relieve symptoms of Fibro

Why continue taking Orgovyx while also on Zytiga? I just started a clinical trial with LU–177 I&T.
I had my first of up to four treatments last week in the Eclipse clinical trial for LU 177 I&T and I’m wondering why I should continue taking Orgovyx . I’ve heard that production of testosterone is even more efficiently reduced on Zytiga. The less meds, the better for me. Every time we add a new substance

Stopping Firmagon if castration resistant
The cocktail of painkillers plus Radium 223 is making me very tired at the moment. This may seem like a daft question but what is the position with continuing or stopping Firmagon when you're castration resistant? Is its purpose to control the spread of testosterone that would otherwise make the cancer
