Pelvic pain with blood/brown discharge

Hi - I'm 61 and get pelvic pain and occasional blood and brown discharge when I wipe myself after weeing. I've referred to my GP and the issue has been investigated with tests including an MRI scan but they can find nothing wrong. I use HRT patches with combined Progesterone daily. I also use Estriol 0.1% cream and Vagirux 10microgram vaginal tablets twice a week. I will sometimes have a few days when it doesn't happen but then it comes back. There doesn't seem to be any particular pattern. Does anyone else experience this and provide any advice. Thank you.

Please see a gynecologist. She may recommend a transvaginal ultrasound or other tests. When I had bleeding post menopause I ended up getting a D&C.

Thanks Sally. I've already had all the tests and thankfully they can find nothing serious. Still no real explanation except for thinning of the vaginal wall. I've saw my GP this week and have been referred to a gynaecologist again.
