My t level is coming back very slowly following salvage radiation + 6 months ADT. I’m 60 years old and after nearly 18 months still have difficulty gaining muscle mass and losing this gut. The good news is my PSA is still undetectable. Any suggestions?

18 months is how long it usually takes. If not, discuss human chorionic gonadotropin or clomiphene or both.
Unfortunately, my team at DF said there was no need for intervention as my T was near “normal range” for my age. I really don’t feel “normal”. Do you know of any natural kick starters that don’t do more harm than good?
I'm 71 years old. In 2019, I had a 4 month shot of Lupron then IMRT radiation. Less than a year after that, my testosterone was over 500 and I was quite sexually active. I believe playing with your testicles will cause them to "wake up".
From time to time I put mine in a blender and they still don't wake up....

HCG and clonopin both helped me. Plenty of weight lifting highly recommended.
Recently finished 18 months of ADT with EBRT and Brachy. Whew! Ya gotta move and lift weights. I exercised as much as I could and still have a trainer once a week - who taught me to lift properly and kicks my butt. I also lift on my own a second time each week. My last blood draw showed my T level around 60 - so finally moving the needle and I feel the difference. Still climbing regularly and it's spring backcountry skiing season now.
It is not easy, this ADT crap. But the main thing is you have to exercise and lift. I'm 67, and yea creaky. But this moving stuff is better than the alternative of being a couch potato and expecting things to just improve. Best of luck.
