Erectile Disfunction
Hello, I had mild clinical depression some 9/10 years ago. Time off work, therapy and antidepressants helped me get into a better place (mentally and health wise). This event/trauma has left me with almost zero libido and erectile disfunction. Viagra does not work for me, as you need to be in the

11 months of vacatión and going strong, I think
Hello my fellow brothers. In 11 months of vacatión, my PSA has risen from point one to point seven. Still below one. My testosterone is still a little below normal, so I haven't felt the boost of returning to my youthful self, but I am feeling quite good and thankful. I am a former athlete (national

I’ve been having irregular heart rate issues for 2 months. Lots of infections and it was a month after covid. And upping to 125 oestrogen and starting testosterone. I’d started x2 Utrogestan daily a month before. I posted a couple of weeks following feeling horrific after tonsillitis and antibiotics

E2 Patch
I've been on ADT + Zytiga + Prednisone for 46 month's. In that time I've developed osteopenia, and have suffered an "Osteoporotic" compression fracture to the t11 vertebra, even though I've been receiving XGEVA, and taking Calcium Citrate, D3, and Multi vitamins as directed. I've read studies of e2

Xtandi vs. Biktarby advice needed.
After Zytiga-prednisone-lupron failed, mostly by overwhelming SE from the first two. I received my second Lupron injection last week even though there's a slight PSA increase from .83 to 1.10 (they did not do a testosterone test, wich was climbing again) Oncologist mentioned we could start Xtandi but

Fatty Liver and low Testosterone
After being Diagnosed with fatty liver days ago ive been searching for what helps it and I've come across clinical tests that say Testosterone helps with it. Does anybody know about this or had this, as it says people with low testoserone can be more prone to get fatty liver too. Any info on this would

Casodex after castration resistance?
After being undetectable on mono HT (Zoladex) for 67 months my dad's PSA started climbing in December 2022. In March it was 0.05. His testosterone level also rose from 0.6 to 1.2. The doctor recommended to add Casodex. After a month, in April his PSA was 0.024 and testosterone was 0.9. I have two questions

The Use of Low Dose Estradiol to Ameliorate the Effects of ADT on Bone Mass Density
I have been conducting a long-term n of 1 trial since January 23, 2021 using lose dose estradiol (E2) gel to counteract the effects of androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) on bone mass density (BMD). I believe that I now have sufficient data to report that low dose transdermal E2, along with exercise and

Pondering the practice of testing TSH/FT4/FT3
As I have been expending all of this energy attempting to educate myself and my endocrinologist - as I would like to be well and stay well, it made me wonder... Is there another hormone that is typically replaced, and then tested to see what the levels are? In other words, would my GP order a test

Laboratory test variance or ?
5 weeks ago I had asked my own physician for a 3 month post radiotherapy PSA and Testosterone done - the PSA was 0.01 and the Testosterone was 0.6nmol/L (17.3ng/dL) - which I felt happy with and seemed good. A week later I had a bad 12 week implant that bled and bruised badly and I could then feel

Testosterone & RLS
I was aware of mild RLS from about age 10 nearly 62 years ago. Occasionally, I could control it by autosuggestion. Dramatically, this RLS stopped when I had reached puberty, 3 years later. It emerged 62 years later, immediately radiotherapy and hormone therapy for prostrate cancer commenced in 2012

The androstendione was keeping
testosterone
at about 1,000 ng/dL & chrysin was keeping
estradiol
at about 20 pg/mL. I was testing PSA monthly & I had six identical readings of 0.8. In the months following B12 injections the monthly PSA increased to 0.9, 1.0 & 1.2. Might B12 be the reason?
