goserelin and ACTH

I am wondering how and if GnRH medications like Zoladex impact the ACTH production and if the activity of the adrenal production of adrenal androgens feeds the prostate cancer cells independently of the LH / testosterone route. Also as cortisol is increased with various other physical and psychological states like anxiety and sleep disorders surely this may be an important variable in how as men we respond to treatment, especially as anxiety and sleep are almost concomitant symptoms of living with PCa and it’s treatments.

I haven't heard that GnRH agonists increase ACTH. It is well-known that corticosteroids slow the growth of PCa, but resistance to its effect occurs soon.
