Orgovyx w/o side effects?

I started Orgovyx tablets 2 weeks ago. No hot flashes. Maybe a little more tired than usual. Not gaining weight. But I have a low testosterone level before starting the drug ... 150 ng/dl. Could this be the reason as I have had no libido for many years.

Yes to both. Your preexisting low T probably accounts for the low sex drive, and the Orgovyx induced side effects are less when there is less contrast between ‘normal’ and suppressed T.

Some will suggest supplemental T if you continue to have good cancer control, but this controversial and a very personal decision.

2 weeks is relatively short. Give it three months or longer. It seems to mount up over time.
