Pain relief after surgery
Hi, I’m new to this, I have surgery booked next month, and I’m worried what pain relief will be best for me after, all the codines give me pancreatitis, morphine oramorph and oxycodone escalate my liver pain, and I’ve been told not to take paracetamol because of the pbc so I’m getting a bit worried

Hi, I’ve just joined as I’m currently under investigation for EDS, but we are unsure what type. I have a rheumatologist appointment on Tuesday and it seems it is with a really good Dr, he is also a medical director or something fancy like that. I’m just wondering what may happen? My GP completely

Back pain
Hi fellow users, I am 34 years old and have suffered with back pain since giving birth 7 years ago, which got worse after a car crash 2 years ago, and has got progressively worse. I am under a pain specialist and due to have an mri next month. They have suggested neuropathic pain, and Sacroiliac inflammation

Hi guys I wonder if anyone could help I had icsi egg collection on the 10th August 11 eggs fertilised and we’re frozen due to pcos. I was a bit drugged up on oramorph after the collection so was a bit drowsy when they went through things. I’ve had my withdrawal bleed and then I need to ring the clinic

Flying to Athens - need to take Oromorph
Hi. I'm hoping to go to Athens in October. Does anyone know if it is OK to take Oramorph in hand luggage or not? Do I need letters or prescriptions from the hospital or my GP?

Frustrated by my memory loss
Hi everyone, This is my first time posting and I'm really confused, frustrated and not even sure if should be in this group. Way back in my late teens (I'm now aged 50) I was doing what was then called a BTec which I think now translates as a HND in care work. I worked in all areas and went on to be
