I complained to my gp that my prescriptions had been missed or delayed including my oramorph, I got a letter back from the practice secretary that they will be reporting me to the dlva for driving my car while on this drug, I was not told to register with the dvla and she is implying I am driving while impaired, I never met this person iny life despite being 47 years with this surgery, I do not think she can do her job right as he next comment said if I was not happy then I should go elsewhere, I think she is incompetent in her job and cannot control staff who issues prescription, as I need my car for my wife and myself to get about i will be leaving this practice after I cancel my oramorph

Sorry to hear about this problem, surely it's not the secretary's job to say such things and her comments were very harsh I feel. I would make an appointment and talk to your doctor about these issues. I wish you well.
