Appt update, not as well as I’d hoped
Well.. so my new neuro muscular specialist has come to the conclusion that I have small fiber neuropathy (not new information) as well as being under the assumption that my positive ganglioside antibodies are from cross reactivity since my antibodies are slightly elevated and I have symptoms that match

Hi I’m new to this post had anyone experienced restless leg syndrome in their feet only. I keep moving my feet continually and they have pins and needles. Did anyone find out it was a vitamin B deficiency. Thank you

Magnesium dosing
Not posted here for a long while but as I have posted a number of times in the past on the subject of magnesium, I thought I would provide an update again. Having tried all the various spray options I made a bit of a breakthrough when I found magnesium glycinate in 500 size pills. What has really helped

W9R1: Idle-chatter run 🌧🌧🌧
I just can’t believe I’m in w9. How did that happen? The programme is sprinting along. This was our second rain run, but nothing like the first one (an unexpected deluge in a hurricane). Wearing a water-resistant jacket was probably excessive. M test-drove the peaked cap idea 🧢 and says it helps;

CMT carrier
I have genetic testing stating I am a CMT4j carrier. But I believe I have CMT symptoms. Typical high arches with 8 hammer toes. Peripheral neuropathy. Pain in hands, weak hands and respiratory issues. Is it possible to be a carrier WITH symptoms? My neuromuscular doctor says no.

Is VERU-111 (Novel Oral Tubulin Inhibitor) similar to Fenbendazole or Mebendazole?
Does anyone have enough background to tell me if this looks like something similar to fenbendazole and/or mebendazole? Fed up being ill - going private for SIBO test
I've posted few times over past year with ongoing issues that seem to be down to hidden/sneaky gluten and/or other food/grain components that might be making me ill (e.g. lectins). All tests have been cancelled owing to lockdown and have been waiting almost a year now for Small Intestinal Bacterial

Kumbhak Pranayam - For diabetes
Physical exercise is a part and parcel of a person with Diabetes. If you add
Yoga Pranayama
to your daily physical exercise routine, it helps a lot. Oxygen is freely available in air and is vital for burning your fuel ( food you eat). Without food one can survive for days, months and even years

A question for my most knowledgeable friends around the world.
Recently, three years after my diagnosis, after I stopped mirapexin, I switched to an effervescent formulation of levodopa called Sirio 25/100. I take half a tablet in the morning and a half after lunch (plus 1 mg of rasagiline in the evening). Why is the best time of the day in the evening from 5pm
