I had some kind of ankle injury and consultant thinks it's ligament damage. But since doing the ankle stretching exercises (and before then a bit) my foot on the sole constantly feels cold and sort of wet as if my sock is wet when it's not. I think the consultant has missed some kind of nerve damage.
