Duloxetine for neuropathy in feet…….
GP has prescribed Duloxetine (off licence as usually only for
diabetic
neuropathy
which I haven’t got) and I’d like to know what experiences others have had by way of effectiveness, side effects etc if you’ve also taken it for neuropathy only.

So it’s not cut and dried that it’s

Nifedipine - how do YOU take it?
Hi! The rheumatologist I last saw has sent a vague instruction to my GP recommending that I take nifedipine “in the winter months”, but not specifying strength, frequency etc. This is to combat what I think is worsening Raynaud’s in my hands - permanently wrinkled fingertips as if I’ve just come out

I have periperal neuropathy primarily in my feet/shins. Is neuropathy related to thyroid issues? If so, is there anyrhing else to test except for a standard thyroid panel? I do currently take B12 injections every 4 days so I have that cause covered which has helped but wondering if something else is

I am in chronic pain in spine painkillers not helping. What I need help with is the way it all makes me feel I have no ffamily or friends . Isolated. I get panicky when pain is out of control, I feel freaked out and alone and am devoid of positive feelings everything everyday feels bleak no respite

RLS or PN does it matter?
Is the treatment for peripheral neuropathy and painful restless legs syndrome the same? I don’t know which I have but if treatment is the same then I guess it doesn’t matter?

Further Tips Please.
Thanks for the concern and advice in response to my first post 2 months ago.I am currently 5 weeks off the primipexol after 12 months of gradual weaning. Many people talk about experiencing the worst 3 weeks of your life after the final dose and my reactions are still extremely strong. It is like a convulsion

Anyone find cold plunge or sauna helpful?
I'm six weeks in on ADT. Working to stay ahead of fatigue with resistance training and weighted vest walking as I gear up for radiation and chemo in the next few months. Anyone done any cold plunge or sauna to help battle side effects or get better sleep? What was your experience?
