Propranolol for high bp?
Sue and everyone: why not propranolol for high bp? Any experience? I did try olmerstartan. It actually is part a diuretic. Made me terribly ill but didn't change my PLMD much, at least the one night I took it. Going back to zestril that also has increased my peeing but the main problem is the cough

Why does the testicles suddenly experience pain?
Some viewpoints on this issue: Testicular pain is a symptom that needs to be taken seriously as it may indicate various health issues, some of which may require prompt medical intervention. Reducing steroids and adrenal symptoms
I’ve recently experienced symptoms which made me think of Pred-induced diabetes. In particular, my metabolism does not seem to adjust properly to food, with post-prandial dips and especially waking up at 3-4am with uncomfortable overheating. But my HbA1c measurement remains around 41, which is just

COVID between cycles and impact on egg quality ... Any knowledge/ experience?
Hey all - so I was meant to start my next cycle of IVF in 3 weeks time. I have been so healthy; haven't caught a cold or even a sniffle for the past 12 months but have somehow managed to pick up COVID from somewhere. I've had 3 vaccines and COVID once before but am still testing very positive 6 days

Creatine?
I have a new personal trainer who I am using to help build and maintain muscle mass. I am not yet on ADT (TBD), but I want to have good habits for strength training if indeed I end up going that way. He mentioned recently that he might recommend creatine to me. I did some brief research and it seems

Has anyone heard of CSS. My dr said this can cause restless legs and stems from childhood trauma. Sort of crappy to think that yes, my childhood was super traumatic and potentially from that I still need to suffer.

Low carbs
Im 2 years in on my PMR journey with a really bad flare last July. Which took me back to the beginning. After reading on here about eating a low carb diet. I got out my 800 fast keto book and started cooking from it. Where I don’t stick to 800 I do try to be no more than 1,200 calories. And no more

Type II Diabetes Research
I am looking to understand and find out more about Type II Diabetes. I was wondering if there happen to be any current trials, studies, or research programs going on. I wish to learn more. I understand the workings of the CRTC2 gene and would like to understand the connection between sugar cravings
