Ferritin test results skewed, b12 not resolved or something else?
First time here... first time posting about my health online. I'll try to keep this short. 5 months ago I started experiencing numbness in foot and tingling in hands and feet. Blood test showed B12 was 221 - within the normal range but I started taking the sublingual methyl-b12, 5000mcg daily. I also

Functional sensory disorder
I would very much like to hear from anyone suffering from diffuse sensory problems. Is there anything that helps? Some people have mentioned a gluten free diet. Best wishes Olivia

A new job with poor concentration
Hi I was diagnosed in March 2015 with hyper and Graves Disease having had a thyroid storm. I was self employed but couldn't keep up due to brain fog and all the other symptoms that you get, so I gave up my job. I stopped taking carbimazole in Feb this year as I'm now apparently euthyroid but I still

Can this particular wheatflour be tolerated by coeliacs & NCGI sufferers?
Hi all, I'm new here and am wondering if anyone can throw some light on the following conundrum. I suffer from severe NCGI - with all the usual digestive problems and fatigue occuring when I am "glutened" - and have been following a gluten free diet for about a year now. However, although I cannot

Potential coeliac-related lactose intolerance..?
Hey guys, it's my first post here. I was diagnosed with coeliac disease about a year ago, but recently I have been having stomach cramps and bloating after every meal I eat. I am very careful with the preparation of my food and follow a strict gluten-free diet. I have heard of the link between coeliac

Hello from Lisa g.
I am introducing myself. I am a 2x bc thriver. First time lumpectomy and radiation- 2nd time chemo and mastectomy. Focused ultrasound
Well, sadly,I was turned down in being part of the clinical trial for focused ultrasound. Since June I've been believing I would be part of this study, they even gave me a date for the procedure, but it wasn't to be. I told you that I'd inform you of my results. Now where do I turn? DBS? My neuro doesn't
