In focus: exercise - cardio
If joint pain is affecting your ability to exercise, you may find non-weight-bearing types of aerobic exercise such as swimming and
cycling
easier.

Fatigue 18 months after TBI
I've posted a bit about my story on here before but basically I was a student nurse
cycling
to my nurses placement and a car hit me from behind. I don't remember it.

Injured
I'm so gutted, I hurt my ankle 6 weeks ago and had to stop my running,
cycling
to work and yoga. Not been able to do anything, then kept bashing my opposite elbow and been in constant pain with both.

Rest days
And do you do it on your rest days then or do you swap 1 run with
cycling
? Or how do I see this? And should I do this immediately from the start or only starting from a certain fitness level? Thanks, Blacky :)

Really inspired by other posts where they are
cycling
and running, hats off to you all no matter how far you go. I’ve got a checkup in Dec, but other then that I don’t hear from anybody. Take a few pills every day, chest is still pretty sore so a bit uncomfortable when sleeping but hey ho.

AF Story
I've always enjoyed all sports including
cycling
and running. I don't smoke but do enjoy a few beers at weekends. So, on the 17th of September I was off work, when I went to bed after a relaxing day I fainted whilst having a wee.

Heavy feet when I run
When the gyms opened again in August, I just did low-impact cardio like cross-training, step machine,
cycling
and rowing. I even managed to do a couple of 5k runs on the treadmill. I have the stamina to run 5k now but my legs/feet just can't cope?!

Half Marathon training plans 😍 How to find a good plan for YOU!
Cycling
, swimming, and yoga are the most popular. I'm a big fan of strength work too - be it bodyweight (yoga covers this to a certain extent) or lifting, but I've noticed some plans give it a miss!

4K + 3K jog home and testing my new sports glasses 😎
Very happy with the glasses which I will wear for
cycling
as well. I enjoy my 3K jog home. I don’t look at my watch again, but on arriving home I see that it was faster than I thought. I expect this is because I was fully warmed up! Back home for stretches, water and banana.

Heart Anxiety
Now, I have been
cycling
daily - 20miles / 30kilometres. Now when I wake up or have been laying down for a while I see my hr around the 50’s. It’s freaking me out now. Is 6months worth if exercise for a 29 year old with “perfect ecgs” enough to make the resting rate come down so significantly.

Athletes - who else thinks they may have overtrained and ended up with an auto-immune disorder
I can recall training for the 2015 Mountain Running World Champs and doing big 5 week blocks with 1-2 very high anaerobic sessions per week, along with 4 other sessions, weight training,
cycling
and zone 2 (heart rate) HR runs (aerobic).

CR5: Cold-day run (‘naked’; chatting)
We don’t yet have the fuller rearward stride, and not sure about ‘
cycling
’ legs. Our cadence is ok-ish. We’re probably still closer to Tanaka’s niko niko steps. Need more practice, but it’s really interesting to experiment with form.

Help needed! Specific plan
and town
cycling
, so am pretty fit already; Strava says my 5k PB is 24.39. Can someone suggest a 4-8 week plan to get me up to running 10k, or alternatively to get faster at 5k? I'm happy to do intervals or whatever but am finding it difficult to find something specific.

Would
cycling
indoors help to recover those muscles you think? *say yes, say yes, say yes* Thank you for your help, always and a big hug to everyone especially to those that struggle with mental health conditions.
