Saying hello

Hello - Im AdieB from London, I’m really enjoying the effects of exercise if not always the exercise itself. I’m on the brink of completing Couch 2 5k. What an amazing process. It’s great having so much ‘puff’ as I call it as it enables me to go up some steep hills where I live when cycling another thing I’ve taken up ,well resumed, in lockdown. I hope I will keep running post Couch 2 5k will definitely try a Parkrun when it resumes..

🙂 Well done AdieB

I know only too well what it’s like needing to be motivated into doing exercise, but the rewards 🙂👍
