Hi! Unfortunately, I hurt my knees while running and my mental health is suffering the lack of endorphins. Still, I don't want to hit the road again running until I'm not 100% recovered. I have suffered from bad knees in the past as I'm hypermobile (not extreme, but enough to stop me from walking).
I can walk and I'm wearing some bands to keep the muscles in place while I wait for my knee support sleeves to arrive next week.
But I feel I need to do some exercises, the problem is, I HATE to exercise I really don't like it. I suppose the fact that I'm too depressed to even leave the bed is not helping.
Would cycling indoors help to recover those muscles you think? *say yes, say yes, say yes*
